Junior PGEN Marines Update

  1. Global Gmen claim ISIS is using bitcoin to move money around.
  2. I agree, and it’s a tiny fraction of the US dollars they are moving around, and a tiny part of the total bitcoin transactions, most of which occur in China.
  3. Money laundering isn’t going away. Bitcoin is anti-fiat, like gold is, so it’s naturally a Gman target. You won’t hear Western governments talking about ISIS laundering US dollars, but gold and bitcoin get a bad rap from the Gman.
  4. Life goes on, so please click here now: Bitcoin has blasted higher yesterday and today, from about $318 to $370, before backing off a bit.
  5. Round number pgen marines were buyers at $300, and I suggested using a 2 to 3 increments pgen, to take some profit at $350 and $375. $350 was tagged!
  6. Please click here now: That’s the daily TRX chart. The technical situation looks pretty good on that chart, even with gold languishing, and that’s the case for many gold stocks, as you know.
  7. Next, please click here now: I think the caption says it all.
  8. GoldLion told you a couple of weeks ago about the permitting action going on, and today there’s more permit action news.
  9. Canadian juniors marines were drinking 25{7d2759035a2769ee7a6afa7c646e6642b67314b0cd0e17ac0c6ae4f965ff87d9} in one day cash registering ringing tequila today, while America had a holiday!
  10. Please click here now: That’s Merrex, and Iamgold just announced they are upping their holding in the stock!
  11. Note the big “breakout” volume bar back in June. Unfortunately, any time a big volume bar occurs after price strength, unless the price pattern in play is “Michelangelic”, it’s not likely to work out very well.
  12. In keeping with my theme of using a broad-stroke brush to annotate junior gold stocks, I’ve drawn in a very very bullish wedge pattern on Merrex, which is a component in GoldLion’s Max Risk portfolio.
  13. Obviously, the Iamgold news reduces some of that risk, while potentially enhancing reward.
  14. Merrex is also way off its lows, while Queen Bullion is smoked down below hers.
  15. Please click here now: That’s the Gold Explorers ETF, GLDX-nyse.
  16. Look at the “game changer” volume over the past 2 trading days! GLDX is blowing away everyone in the gold ETF sector; gold, silver, GDX, and GDXJ!
  17. Please click here now: That’s GLDX against GDXJ. Try to actually comprehend what is happening here; with bullion blowing to one new low after another, not just gold stocks, but junior gold stocks, and I mean a lot of them, are holding above their lows, and ….
  18. Some of them are staging big rallies, while gold tumbles!
  19. That hasn’t happened for a long time. Here’s the bottom line:
  20. Most gold gurus understand that money printing, in a general sense, is bullish for gold. They also understand that higher rates, in a general way, are negative for gold.
  21. In the current environment, that’s not true, because as long as the Fed pays the banks a higher rate on reserves they keep at the Fed than the Fed Funds (bank to bank loans) rate, the banks will continue to hoard their money at the Fed.
  22. The Fed isn’t going to tell the American public that they’ve been running a deflationary scam to enrich the top banksters. They aren’t going to say, “We need to cut the payout on reserves held at the Fed”. Those are all negative statements.
  23. What the Fed is going to do is say, “Everything is wonderful, everything is fantastic, and so we have to raise the Fed Funds rate.”
  24. Gridtime! Gold stocks are anticipating what Janet is going to do, which is create money velocity acceleration by hiking rates. That’s why the stocks are on the move, and in the bigger picture, they will stay on the move because of processes in China and India. Turkey dinner is over for Thanksgiving now, and it’s time to hit the junior gold stock gridlines. I’ll see you there!

Kirk Jr. on the gold explorers bridge, out!
