1.    Kingsoft of Hong Kong has an office suite (free and paid versions) that might be of interest to some of you.  Here’s the link: http://www.kingsoftstore.com/index.php/company/2922-aboutus

2.    Tanzanian Royalty (TRX-amex) is a key junior gold stock.  The technical situation is deteriorating and the $4.20 launchpad numbers seems distant.  Please click here now.  Double-click to enlarge.

4.    It could be argued that a huge H&S bottom was in play, but the right shoulder has drooped so badly that I consider that pattern destroyed.

5.   Bulls must hope for a double-bottom event at $2.14.  Merrill Lynch economists believe gold will languish in 2014 and 2015, and then begin a bull-era market in 2016.

6.   My view is that the US economy could collapse by 2016, creating the start of a potentially parabolic move in gold, because it would coincide with massive Asian demand.

7.   What happens if TRX collapses to, say, 50 cents a share, between now and 2016, and you buy none, but instead sell what you bought at $7 at huge losses then?  My suggestion is to be prepared to buy TRX to zero, rather than demanding a free parabola in 2014.

8.   Merrill’s analysts state that even Western investment demand for gold totally collapses, gold could be trading at $1500 in 2016.

9.    On that note, I’ve told you that the greatest event that could happen to gold would be the total elimination of the Western price-chaser investors from the market.

10.              Some Eastern investors will bail on price weakness, particularly Chinese investors, but not nearly to the extent that Western investors will.

11.              Me can wait from 1980 to 2000, for gold price parabola to happen for 100{7d2759035a2769ee7a6afa7c646e6642b67314b0cd0e17ac0c6ae4f965ff87d9} sure, after me buy at top in 1980, but me can’t wait from 2014 to 2106 for real gold bull era to start” - Not you, Sep 28, 2013.

13.              That’s the uranium chart.  My latest pgen trading position went on in the $4.80 area, and it comes off in the $5.20 area, if price goes there.

14.              Friday’s action came with pretty good volume, and there’s a bullish wedge formation in play.

16.              Denison is about 25{7d2759035a2769ee7a6afa7c646e6642b67314b0cd0e17ac0c6ae4f965ff87d9} on sale, from the recent $1.45 area highs, but it’s also broken down from a massive symmetrical triangle formation.

17.              Maybe that formation is just a shape, but the monthly chart of Cameco doesn’t look very good, and GoldLion has a saying, “where goes Cameco, so go the junior yellowcakes.”

18.              In the short term, Cameco looks just about ready to stage a rally, but in the intermediate term, the monthly chart indicates more carnage may be coming to the junior yellowcakes.

19.              With gold, patience is required to wait for the Asian buyer to supersede the Western super-crisis buyer/bailer.  With uranium, patience is required to let Angela Merkel retire, and to let the large Russia weapons-uranium stockpiles get depleted, while China ramps up reactor use.

20.              My suggestion is to short Cameco on rallies while buying your junior yellowcakes.  It’s not a perfect hedge, but it’s roughly akin to shorting GDXJ while buying individual junior gold stocks.

22.              That’s the GDXJ chart, and while volume is arguably bullish in the short term, the black “line in the sand” is where I’d like both bulls and bears to be focused.

Report Card Day!  Please click here now.  Full link:  http://www.gracelandjuniors.com/images/stories/13sep/2013sep28gdxjstoke1.PNG   That’s the stokeillator for GDXJ, and you can see the risk of a “flat line” event is real, unfortunately.  There have been a few good runs in the past few months for GDXJ, but you need to accept the possibility of a flat line event, and further time in the gold stocks gulag.  It’s also another proof of why individual gold stock accumulators should consider carrying short positions on GDXJ during the accumulation/gulag phase.... I’ll be sending out a test send of today’s update by word document.  Let me know if you can’t open it.  Thanks!
