1.   We all have to retire sometime.  Some fade away, some get blown away, but all must go, sooner, or later.

2.   Today is retirement day.  I’m retiring my 12,20,7 Stochastics series oscillator.  I’ve highlighted it for many years, along with the 14,3,3, and the 14,7,7 series.

3.   Over time, the 20,12,7 series has proved itself to be more of a wet noodle, than a 15,9 series TRIX type of indicator.

4.    The 14,3,3 and 14,7,7 Stochastics combo on the daily chart has been ideal, and three’s a crowd, so it’s time to say goodbye to Mr. 20,12,7.

5.    How do junior gold stocks rise in 2014, while bullion falls, only 100{7d2759035a2769ee7a6afa7c646e6642b67314b0cd0e17ac0c6ae4f965ff87d9} of you may wonder…..

6.   To understand that phenomenon, you want to look at how institutions view the COP zone.  The gold mine cost of production zone.

7.    The mightiest money managers on the planet view gold production a bit differently than production of other metals.

8.    The world supply of copper is “unlimited”.  The world supply of gold is highly questionable, and the money managers know this.

9.   When gold bullion trades in the cop zone, the golden sirens begin sounding.  Why?  Answer: Because very very quickly, gold mines mothball production.

10.              It doesn’t take long for mine production to decrease substantially, and money managers believe that the bullion price will be bid up quite quickly to meet the lack of production issue.

11.              And….. this the reason that Goldman Sachs’ top fundamental economists suggest that any hit on gold bullion under $1000, is likely to be followed by a fast rebound to where, roughly,…. Prices are now.

12.              Gold stocks could surge in that scenario.

13.              It’s true that Rich “The Ace” Coppleson told his 4000 institutional clients that he’s “bookin’ profits now”, soon after I after I told you to book them, pgen-style, in the GDXJ $50 area.

14.              Was the ace a little late in his call?  Yes, but I’m a forgiving man, so I’ll let his error slide.  LOL.

15.              But…. that doesn’t mean the ace’s clients all sold their entire positions, and Merrill is on the buy in this general area.

16.              Further weakness will see many of the institutions that the Ace told to sell… increase their positions.

17.              Please click here now. Double-click to enlarge.  That’s the greatest junior stock of all time.

18.              The world’s dumbest junior gold stock investors (not you) think Newmont is some kind of dinosaur.  I told you recently that the entire gold market show is going to be determined by the price action of: Newmont.

19.              Look closely at that chart.  Newmont’s little gold junior stock brother may be Dr Passion favourite, B2Gold (BTG-nyse) is on deck.

20.              Please click here now. That’s BTG, and it looks like a Newmont clone!

Gridtime!  TRX soared today, almost a mirror image of the MUX upside blast yesterday.  Please click here now.  The right shoulder was taken out, upside.  That’s good news.  Are the 2 most powerful junior gold stocks in the world telling you something?  Yes!  And what they are telling you is to book light profits in them, as they do what TRX and MUX just did!........Do I carry short positions?  Yes.  Am I prepared to book off a next batch of them at $1266?  Yes.  Is the entire reason gold is going down, a 100{7d2759035a2769ee7a6afa7c646e6642b67314b0cd0e17ac0c6ae4f965ff87d9} chimp-orchestrated scam?  Yes it is, but gold is still going down, so you need to still carry short positions and buy fresh longs, as it does!  I’m betting (modest) (and real) risk capital that Newmont destroys the bears after the FOMC, and your junior gold stocks start a surge higher!

Thanks!

           Cheers
