Junior PGEN Marines Update

  1. How goes Newmont & Barrick, is how go your junior gold & silver stocks, and:
  2. None of them are going anywhere, unless Chindian jeweller stocks, which are the main buyers of what comes out of your mines, are on the move.
  3. For the good news, please click here now: http://gracelandjuniors.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/2016jan30chow1.png That’s the daily Chow Tai Fook chart. I’m a solid owner, and a solid buyer, via pgen to zero.
  4. Note the upswing in Tony the 14,7,7 series Stochastics tiger, at the bottom of the chart.
  5. While I focus on dividends at gudividends.com , I will mention that Chow paid out a “whopper” of a bonus dividend at the end of 2015.
  6. Also, the $4 share price is in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). In USD, it’s only about 60 cents a share! The p/e ratio is about 10.
  7. Please click here now: http://gracelandjuniors.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/2016jan30hui1.png This weekly chart of the HUI gold mining stocks index is starting to look interesting, and it essentially mimics the action in Chow.
  8. An upside breakout in the HUI out of the down channel is going to attract significant institutional interest at a time when major bank economists are starting to turn positive about the entire commodity sector.
  9. Please click here now: http://gracelandjuniors.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/2016jan30mux1.png We salute Rob McEwan, but not as much as we salute YOU, as you march forwards into his stock, via pgen to zero, rather than analytical moron to infinity.
  10. You can do all the analysis on the planet on a company, but what is going to make you richer in it, ultimately, is your ability to eat pain and keep your pgen buys going in your personal horror zone.
  11. Technician and hard core factory owner Morris Hubbartt has suggested that Rob’s stock has a H&S bull continuation pattern on it, and I’ve highlighted that possibility here, with green boxes on the chart.
  12. With the changes in Argentina government, Rob’s stock, MUX, has begun to perform pretty well. That doesn’t mean you should buy more, based on the fundamentals.
  13. When things “look good”, YOUR positions should already be looking good. The better things look, the more investors show up to bid for what you already own, and, therefore, the more risk that arrives in the market.
  14. Fundamentally, things look better, but MUX is already up 100{7d2759035a2769ee7a6afa7c646e6642b67314b0cd0e17ac0c6ae4f965ff87d9} from the lows. As things look better and better, weaker and weaker hands show up to get all the free money, and the banksters move in, and that’s not good news, if you are a price chaser.
  15. Please click here now: http://gracelandjuniors.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/2016jan30mux2.png That’s the weekly chart for MUX. I’ve highlighted a bigger (much bigger) H&S bottom in play.
  16. For “cusp of the bull era starters”, MUX seems poised to take its first run at the $1.60 sell-side HSR zone. The $1.60 - $2.00 area is one to do a bit of heavier tree pruning (profit booking).
  17. That doesn’t mean you blow out core positions. It does mean a little more pruning.
  18. Regardless, in the entire $3 – 0 zone, I would suggest being a pgen buyer in ten cent a share increments, and you just had a few of them, as MUX pulled back to the weekly H&S neckline from $1.20. The bottom MUX line:
  19. I own it, and I like it!!!
  20. Please click here now: http://gracelandjuniors.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/2016jan30dml1.png That’s the daily chart of my favourite junior yellowcake stock, Denison Mines. It can be played in 10 cent pgen increments, or in 5 cent increments.
  21. It just pulled back from 70 cents to 53, and it back at about 65. Buying every 10 cents down would have seen you filled on one pgen position at 60 cents, and buying every 5 cents down would put you in at 65, 60, and 55.
  22. The 5 cent increments crew could already be lightly selling here in the 65 cent zone, and certainly near 70 cents.
  23. It’s been a seriously sweet hard rock ride, so please click here now: http://gracelandjuniors.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/2016jan30hmy1.png That’s Harmony in action.
  24. Gridtime! PGEN enthusiasts who have been in this from lower prices may want to do a bit more aggressive cash register ringing, here and now. The power uptrend line has snapped. Price can go higher of course, so inner core positions need to be held, but this South African hard rocker has staged a four bagger advance in just two months! It would take the Dow 20 years to do that!! I’ll be covering Endeavour,

Kirk Jr. on the gold explorers bridge, out!
