Juniors Written Update JWU.

(Pronounced “Jaywoo”)

     Dec 11, 2014

  1. The Dow imploded yesterday.
  2. So, the naked shorting crew was promptly dispatched to the junior gold stocks arena, where Canadian regulators made sure that no megabank was allowed to short more than ten times the total float of any gold stock trading under 10 cents a share, to help all the shareholders!
  3. Most Canadian regulators, when it comes to their non-actions regarding megabanks placing gargantuan naked short trades on junior gold stocks for hedge fund clients, for huge fees… well, they may need to be arrested.
  4. Meantime, let’s look at the good news. The flag pattern on gold is still alive. Somehow, it survived. There’s more good news for you:
  5. “Gold's average rise over 50-60 months from a trough was 90{7d2759035a2769ee7a6afa7c646e6642b67314b0cd0e17ac0c6ae4f965ff87d9}.... Well that would put you at $2,000." – Marcus Grubb, WGC director, Scotia Bank Gold Panel, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Dec 10, 2014.
  6. Grubb is an Oxford-educated econ, and viewed by the general gold community as a bankster whipping boy. I think that’s who he was. I’m not so sure that’s who he is now, or who he could be, even if he wanted to.
  7. ‘Grubb also wondered if the game of gold shorting was more or less up. "If you put 10,000 contracts in COMEX in 15 minutes in April last year you got several hundred dollars of downside," he said. "Here you get $20 bucks of downside and by the next day it's probably back up again because of the physical premiums in the East and the demand. As a short you're pushing down on a much more resilient gold market here with the risk you get severely hit on the short if a huge amount of demand comes in." This worry for shorts was driven home by the end of some import rules in India, which boosted official gold demand in the country, he said.’ –Marcus Grubb in Mineweb News, Dec 10, 2014.
  8. Alone in the gold community, I’ve told you that the comex short games of size are over, not because the bankster algo traders are “short and on the ropes”, but because their levered marks, are tiny in size
  9. Note Grubb’s key statement, “This worry for shorts was driven home by the end of some import rules in India, which boosted official gold demand in the country”.
  10. I’ve told you repeatedly that the bankster comex games are fading away, not blowing up, and 100{7d2759035a2769ee7a6afa7c646e6642b67314b0cd0e17ac0c6ae4f965ff87d9} of the reason is Chindian gold jewellery demand. Grubb is really the first Western econ I’ve encountered that understands current gold market reality. He’s seriously dialed into the bull era, and if you think PR Somasandarum and Al Cheng aren’t responsible for dialing him in, you’re lost in a place far beyond Mars.
  11. Hence the title of today’s update: Rub a dub dub, let’s welcome Marcus Grubb, to your junior gold stocks bull era tub!
  12. Marcus looks like Fred Flintstone, with an IQ of 500, if you look at him closely. If you don’t believe me, or even if you do, please click here now: Imagine if Marcus has used his giant IQ to figure out that the banksters are scum, and he wants in on the Chinese and Indian gold bull era citizen action!
  13. Think about what that means for your mines. Or, put on a pair of diapers, and announce that you are a tax loss selling expert. The bull era choice, is clear.
  14. To view uranium, please click here now: I don’t like the idea that uranium may be headed to $4.20, but my short positions put on into the rally will help turn any discomfort into a cash register ringing party, if it happens!
  15. Also, goldbicep notes that Russia may have committed to build 24 nuclear plants in India, to make them richer, so they can buy more gold from your mines.
  16. As with oil, whatever it takes, to make India richer, should be cheered for, by the Western gold stocks community.
  17. To review your rules, so you get richer, please click here now:
  18. That’s URA-nyse, the uranium stocks ETF. As most of you know, I’m fairly adamant that if you own individual stocks, you should use ETFs for shorting, rather than to carry an “over the top” longside exposure to those stocks.
  19. I didn’t expect URA to get hit as hard as it has, since I issued my “short URA now” call, at $13.90 sell-side HSR, but it did.
  20. Please click here now: That’s one of my favourite junior miners. Timmins. I simply like how it performs in both up and down moves for the sector as a whole.
  21. The $1.25 - $1.30 sell-side HSR zone is the key to an intermediate trend move higher. I think it happens in early 2015.
  22. Please click here now: Pretium just became the leader of the junior gold stock sector, with the deal it did with Chinese miner Zijin.
  23. What do YOU think is going to happen to the gold produced by Pretium at the Brucejack project in BC? It’s going to China, not to some bankster to use as a shorting scam on the comex.
  24. To view the US government at the top of their game, please click here now:{7d2759035a2769ee7a6afa7c646e6642b67314b0cd0e17ac0c6ae4f965ff87d9}26autoplay=1{7d2759035a2769ee7a6afa7c646e6642b67314b0cd0e17ac0c6ae4f965ff87d9}26autohide=1{7d2759035a2769ee7a6afa7c646e6642b67314b0cd0e17ac0c6ae4f965ff87d9}26showinfo=0
  25. Gridtime! Marcus Grubb is in your gold stocks house, the second man in the world, after me, to call the crimex scams a rotary phone. The crimex, and all the pathetic bank econs that worship it, now get to respond mainly to Chindian demand versus gold from your mines, or they’ll start to look just as ridiculous as the gold community’s gold bear crackheads. The tax-loss mega capitulation promised by Rick Rule has failed to materialize. Another guru and his capitulation hero… bites the dust, while the bull era accelerates. Oh well, I almost care. Gold is down $6 this morning as I send this off, and gurus are racing to ask, “is this the start of a new downleg, or are the lows in, and now we go vertical?” They need to look in the mirror. If they do, they’ll see a rotary phone standing there, with Shilpa Shetty yanking the phone cord out of the wall.  Watch Pretium. It’s likely going to be more significant that GDXJ is, in showing you where your juniors are going as a group. See you out there, on the exploration stock grid lines!

Kirk Jr. on the gold explorers bridge, out!
